Event Highlights
- Problem Statement with Prototype: Bring your ideas to life by solving problem statements and developing prototypes using cutting-edge technologies. Students are expected to complete their projects independently/group and submit the completed project.

Who Can Participate?
Any technical students from the Engineering courses, in the field of AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT, are invited to participate.
Terms and Conditions for Project Submission
- Eligibility:
- Projects must be submitted by students currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on AI or Cybersecurity or IoT
- Originality:
- All projects must be the original work of the participants. Plagiarized or previously submitted projects will be disqualified.
- Project Scope:
- Projects should address a relevant problem in the fields of AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT.
- Each project must include a well-defined problem statement and a functioning prototype.
- Submission Requirements:
- All project submissions must be completed and submitted by the deadline: 30th July 2024.
- Submissions should include a detailed project report and any supporting documentation.
- Format:
- The project report should include an introduction, problem statement, methodology, results, conclusion, and references.
- Include a YouTube link where a group’s representative addresses the problem statement, solution provided, importance of addressing the issue, and its contribution to the field.
- Presentation:
- Projects must be ready for presentation and evaluation at the event. Participants are responsible for bringing any required hardware or software.
- Evaluation Criteria:
- Projects will be evaluated based on originality, technical complexity, feasibility, innovation, and practical application in the fields of AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT.
- Intellectual Property:
- Participants retain the rights to their projects. However, by submitting a project, participants grant the organizers the right to use project details and materials for promotional purposes.
- Code of Conduct:
- Participants must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and professionalism.
- Any form of cheating, dishonesty, or disruptive behavior will result in disqualification.
- Disclaimers:
- The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
- Travel and Accommodation:
- Participants are responsible for their travel.
- Accommodation and food arrangements will be provided by the organizers.
- Liability:
- The organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event.
- Registration Deadline:
- The project has to be submitted on or before 30th July 2024.
- The projects will be evaluated and the selected projects will be displayed in Edulateral website.
- Students, whose projects are being selected, will receive an official email.
- Discretion of Rights Reserved:
- The organizers reserve the exclusive right to review, evaluate, and select the final set of projects submitted.
- An esteemed panel of industry and education experts will be involved in the selection process.
- The decision of the organizers and panelists will be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals regarding the selection process will be entertained.
